Maestro RR2 offers the same exclusive infotainment retention and exclusive screens as the Maestro RR while adding support for additional vehicles and enabling Bluetooth programming directly from your IOS and Android mobile device. Basic radio retention features are also available with non-iDatalink-compatible radios. Some accessories and aftermarket radio are required and sold separately

iDatalink HRN-RR-SU1

• allows installation of a new iDatalink-ready receiver in select Subaru models (also requires the Maestro ADS-MRR module)

• retains your Subaru's amplifier and subwoofer (including the fader)
• displays engine gauges and Check Engine codes on touchscreen

Features

Subaru Installation Harness: The iDatalink Maestro HRN-RR-SU1installation harness greatly simplifies the installation of the Maestro RR Car Radio Replacement Interface module (794ADSMRR, sold separately) in select Subaru vehicles when replacing your factory radio with an iDatalink Serial Port compatible head unit from Kenwood, JVC, Alpine, or Pioneer (click here for a list of fully compatible radios).

Note: This installation harness will not work with aftermarket head units that do not feature an iDatalink Serial Port.

Vehicle Compatibility Chart: The iDatalink Maestro HRN-RR-SU1 installation harness is compatible with the following Subaru vehicles.

Retained Factory Features: The following factory features (if applicable) are retained when replacing your factory radio with a compatible iDatalink Serial Port head unit from Kenwood, JVC, Alpine, or Pioneer using the Maestro RR Car Radio Replacement Interface module and HRN-RR-SU1 installation harness.

• Factory steering wheel controls (SWC) with two-function programmability
• Factory amplifier & sub (with turn-on & fader)
• Factory backup camera

Extra Features: The following Extra features are added when replacing your aftermarket head unit with a compatible iDatalink Serial Port head unit from Kenwood, JVC, Pioneer, or Alpine using the Maestro RR Car Radio Replacement Interface module and HRN-RR-SU1 installation harness.

Note: 2014-2015 Pioneer receivers with the iDalink Serial Port and non-serial port aftermarket radios do not support these Extra features.

Installation Note: Connecting the module, vehicle specific harness, and aftermarket head unit together requires hard-wiring numerous wires by soldering or using Posi-Twist connectors.
