G-sensor and GPS

Kenwood's built-in G-Sensor detects hard braking or a collision, then saves vital video files for a complete record of the event. Built-in GPS geo-tags your files with latitude, longitude, date, time, speed, and direction of travel for a more complete presentation. Access all of that gathered information easily using Kenwood's dash cam app.

Parking mode

This fully automated camera starts recording once the engine is turned on and stops when the engine is turned off. For more protection, use Kenwood's optional hardwire solution (not included) — this camera will wake up when its built-in motion sensor is triggered to record what's in front of your parked vehicle, a great theft deterrent.

Add a rear-view camera

Want to keep an eye on your cargo? Or maybe the little kids in the back seats? Kenwood's KCA-R110 HD rear cam connects to this camera and sends a high-definition view of what's behind you that you can view on a split screen or all by itself.

The camera also comes with adhesive- and suction-backed mounts, along with a vehicle charger for power. The camera accepts microSD cards up to 256GB (not included) for video storage.
