BHA1784 Aftermarket Radio Install Harness in select 1983-10 Euro Cars

BAADIN12 Amplified Antenna Adapter for Select 1994-06 VW Group Vehicles

When replacing the factory radio in select VW Group vehicles with Powered antennas, a special adapter is required.

Some VW Group and BMW vehicles with roof mounted antennas has built-in electronics to amplify the AM/FM reception.The BAADIN12 provides power to the integrated amplifier in the antenna for significantly improved radio reception. The BAADIN12 will allow you to replace the factory radio with an aftermarket radio and retain use of the roof mounted antenna. The blue wire must be connected to the antenna turn-on lead of the aftermarket radio. This will turn on/off the amplified antenna whenever the radio is turned on/off.
