Wireless Charging Magnetic Mount: The MagicMount Charge Home/Office (MPQOHM-XTSP) combines the latest Qi wireless charging technology with Scosche's MagicMount magnetic mount solution.

Qi Wireless Charging: Qi wireless charging uses electromagnetic fields to safely transfer power from a transmitting source (in this case the MagicMount Charge Home/Office) to a receiving device (such as a Qi-enabled smartphone) for the purpose of wirelessly charging the mobile device's battery. This wireless magnetic charging mount delivers up to 15 watts of charging power, 3x the charge power of many other wireless charging products, so your Qi-enabled devices get charged up faster.

Notes:

• Qi Certified products, like the Scosche MagicMount Charge Home/Office (MPQOHM-XTSP), have been thoroughly tested by independent laboratories to ensure their safety, interoperability, compatibility and energy efficiency. They can truthfully be called "Qi Certified" and are designated as such by the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC).
• Others may use terms like Qi compliant, Qi compatible and Works with Qi; but these terms are not the same as Qi Certified and products using such terms have not undergone Qi certification testing.

Compatibility: If you have a Qi-enabled device, the MagicMount Charge Home/Office (MPQOHM-XTSP) will work with it; from Qi-enabled smartphones, as well as Qi-enabled cases, receivers, transmitters, and battery covers. Compatible Qi-enabled smartphones include the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, S8/S8 Plus, Galaxy S7/S7 Edge, and Galaxy S6/S6 Edge; as well a the Apple iPhone 8, 8 Plus, and X.

Notes:

• Placement templates are provided for proper alignment of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and S8/S8 Plus, as well as the iPhone 8/8 Plus and X.
• The MagicMount Charge Home/Office (MPQOHM-XTSP) does not work with iPod Classic or other hard drive devices. The strong magnetic fields produced by these Neodymium magnets is enough to damage hard drive devices.

Magnetic Suction-Cup Mount: The MagicMount Charge Home/Office (MPQOHM-XTSP) features a suction cup with lever which secures it to your desk, nightstand, or countertop (a surface adapter is provided for certain pourus sources). It then uses powerful magnets and a sleek cradle-free design to mount your smartphone device safely and securely. A 4-axis mechanism allows you to position your smartphone's screen vertically or horizontally, as well as tilt the device up or down for optimal viewing.

MagicPlate: The MagicPlate is an adhesive metal plate that can be attached very easily to the back of your mobile device. You can choose to apply the adhesive plate directly to your device, under the battery cover or to the outside of the case. Once the MagicPlate metal plate is applied to your mobile device or case, just hover your device near the magnetic surface and it instantly locks securely in place. The MagicPlate measures 1.375" (w) x 2.0" (h) x 0.0625" (d).

Protective Film: The MagicMount Charge Home/Office (MPQOHM-XTSP) comes with a protective film. The protective film can be used when you plan to directly attach a MagicPlate to the back of your smartphone or tablet. The film is designed to assist in plate removal should you decide to do that at some point in the future. Usage of the film is not required, but it is recommended for direct applications to your smartphone or tablet device.

Power Requirements: The MagicMount Charge Home/Office (MPQOHM-XTSP) comes with an AC power adapter and will need to be plugged into an AC wall outlet or surge protector (sold separately).
