Extends the range and adds functions for your Directed remote start systems

You can start your vehicle from up to a mile away with Viper's Model 9856V RF Kit connected to your Directed 4X10 or 5X10 remote start system. The remote can also lock and unlock your car, pop open the trunk, and even start the defogger if you want. Lost your car in the parking lot? Use the remote to trigger a long horn honk or siren chirp while the parking lights flash for ten seconds so you can locate your car. Four auxiliary channels let you add more optional sensors and actuators to your system.

Two remotes

The 9856V system comes with a 5-button 1-way remote and a 5-button 2-way LED remote. You'll see your commands confirmed on the 2-way remote with lights and audible beeping, so you'll know your vehicle's status. If you're using the 5X10 security system, any situation that triggers the alarm will be indicated on the 2-way remote.
